New Website!

I’ve been meaning to upgrade my website for months now, but kept putting it off. Thanks to my IT department (my partner Jeremy) I now have my blog and site all in one place.

In addition to a new site, I’ve also changed my pricing slightly. Click here to have a read and see what’s on offer. Please note, this pricing will apply to all sessions booked from today – if you already have a session booked the price will not change.

If you’d like to book a session before winter really hits, I’ve still got times available on the 26th and 27th of May. Click here to send me an email.

And with that I’ll leave you with this pretty picture of autumn leaves – a sight that’s becoming rarer as the days tick over into winter

Chewy and PK

I couldn’t wait to share a few photos from my fun filled weekend session. Chewy and PK are Brussels Griffins, of the Petit Brabançon variety (ooh la la!). They are such a wonderful breed, full of beans but also super cuddly. Chewy is a sweet boy who knows how to sit and lie down beautifully, and naughty little PK has an adorable little cleft lip – which she often like to poke her tongue through! They were so great in front of the camera, and I had a great time – enjoy!

Thanks for reading everyone – I hope you’re all having a fantastic week

Frank, Lillian and Scrumpy

One of the best parts of my job is getting to meet such a wide range of pets – grumpy ones, cheeky ones, naughty ones. This shoot was no exception. Firstly, there was Frank, the pug cross with the best dog smile I’ve ever seen, who was an expert at turning on the charm. Then there was Lillian, an absolute princess who made sure I knew who was boss (hint – it’s not me). Being a pug, she immediately became my best friend when the treats materialised! She also had a wonderful range of expressions. Last but certainly not least is Scrumpy, a gentle old boy who still does his best to keep up with the others. I had a great time capturing their characters, so without further ado, enjoy the photos!

As always, thanks for reading! April is going to be a bumper month, so stay tuned for updates, and keep up with the latest news by joining me on Facebook

Saffron on the Hill Open Day

In my last post, I shared some of the portraits I did as part of the Saffron on the Hill open day. Between doing Pet Portrait sessions, I also captured some of the more candid moments of the day. I had an absolute blast, and made some wonderful new friends along the way. For complete coverage you can visit the Saffron Facebook page. Make sure to check out their selection of collars and leads while you’re there!

The images are available to purchase for $25 each – all the money goes to helping the rescue dogs. If you are interested purchasing an image click here to email me

Pug Portraits

It’s no secret that I adore pugs. Their cheeky little faces, their curly tails, not to mention their beautiful natures and make-you-melt eyes. So on Saturday I was right in my element, helping out at the Saffron on the Hill open day. Saffron on the Hill are a local pug rescue organisation dedicated to rehabilitating and re-homing pugs (and a few honorary pugs). If you’re in need of a collar for your furry friends, 100% of all profits from the sale of their collars and leads go to helping rescue dogs.

I will post about the day itself a bit later on, but first I thought I’d share some of the Pet Portraits I took – I had a blast doing these mini sessions, and made a few new friends along the way. It was amazing to meet so many lovely dogs, and each one had such wonderfully unique personalities as well!

*Please note that these photos are not to be downloaded, copied or used in any way without permission in writing from myself, the owner and Saffron on the Hill.
